The translated texts will be returned to you in the same format in which they were supplied: Be it in one of the popular MS Office formats (Word, Excel or PowerPoint) or, if desired, in layout files. Text in portable document files (PDF) and non-editable graphics will be saved as continuous text in Word to assist your graphics department paste the translated text into the original file.

We shall also be pleased to send you texts in foreign fonts (Arabic, Chinese etc.) as a ready-to-print EPS or high-resolution PDF file, provided we receive the necessary layout information.

Delivery will normally be by email; however password-protected FTP servers are also available for the transfer of DTP files and confidential texts.
